details from the organizers:

The Nuit Rose Light Parade is the first parade of Pride month, returning on Saturday, June 16th 2018. The annual parade is free and open to the public.

The parade begins at sunset at the Alexander St. Parkette (beside Buddies in Bad Times Theatre) and ends at Barbara Hall Park with live entertainment and parade closing ceremonies. Everyone is encouraged to participate with a light-emitting costume or object. This year's theme is UNBOUND and we will be offering prizes for Best Costume. Come for this celebration of light!

The Light Parade is led by Red Pepper Spectacles Arts, who will offer a free lantern-making workshop at The 519 earlier that day. The Light Parade and lantern workshop are sponsored by Pride Toronto.
