Come and experience blissful sound healing and harmonic resonance through ambient, experimental, techno-shamanic, minimal, drone and binaural beats. We will drift towards other realities and altered states of consciousness. Come move your body and bathe your soul / sprit in sound vibrations.
We aim to create an open atmosphere appropriate for self-guided spiritual journeys, individual exploration, healing movement and physical practices. We encourage self-care, meditation, restoration and socialization in a comfortable and inclusive space. There will be TWO ROOMS:
• The Small Studio / Lounge will include blankets, bolsters, yoga props, snacks, tea, light soundscapes & nature sounds, visual projections and tarot readings. Feel free to stretch, roll, quietly chat or rest.
• The Large Studio is our scared sound healing space - come and go as you please. No talking and no cellphones or other distracting devices please! Feel free to bring a note book and pen if this is part of your practice. Help yourself to any of the yoga props or blankets if you want to meditate or lay down. We kindly ask the movers and shakers to be mindful of those resting bodies.
