Calling all working or aspiring 2SLGBTQ+ stand-up comics! Come workshop your material with local comic Sam Sferrazza. Get help with your content, structure, punchlines, delivery, and confidence in a small, supportive group environment on Monday, December 9 from 6 to 8pm at The 519.
Over the last seven years Sam Sferrazza (He/Him) has become a fixture in Toronto’s 2SLGBTQ+ comedy scene, with over 80k followers on TikTok. Sam has opened for Elvira Kurt and performed for CBC Radio, JFL Toronto, and The Midwest Queer Comedy Festival. His writing has been featured in publications for CBC and Xtra.
Together you’ll come up with some of your own stand-up material, and receive tips on your work, and navigating the industry. There will be light refreshments, and RSVP is required.
