Join us for an evening of digital and analog creating in Hart House’s gorgeous gothic-revival space! Queer Photography Club is partnering with Hart House Camera Club, New Pride and LGBTOUT for all your multipurpose photography needs.
Analog shooters will have access to HHCC’s incredible flatbed scanner, so bring that (developed) roll of film you’ve been meaning to digitize and learn how to scan it yourself. Digital and analog shooters alike can experiment taking portraits with our continuous and speedlight setups, or come early and embrace golden hour natural light. Models, smartphone photographers and beginners welcome!
This event is open to the LGBTQ2SIA+ community whether you’re a current student or have never set foot on UofT campus. Those planning to use the scanner are urged to arrive early as sign-up will be first come, first serve. There will be limited space & gear, so please share the room with others by taking pictures only during your time slot. You are welcome to stay for the entirety of the event!
