Cosplay Kiki with Leeland Mitchel

Gear up for Toronto Comicon (@fanexpocanada) and Anime North (@animenorthcompass) in a chill space for queer nerds on Saturday March 1 from 1 to 4pm at The 519.

Leeland Mitchell (@leelandxo) — who’s work you’ve seen on Canada’s Drag Race, CP24, CTV, and more — will be on-site to help people with their costumes for the spring convention season.

We’ll also have tabletop gaming run by @ChangelingGaming, featuring donations from local game store @401Games, superhero Saturday morning cartoons, and art for sale by Lindsay Collins aka @Linzb0t

Attendance is a mix of drop-in, and RSVP: If you want to play games, shop, watch toons, or use the sewing machines on your own, just drop in. If you want cosplay help from Leeland, you need to RSVP in advance at the519.org/cosplay
