Night for the Country Gays is all about kicking up dust and letting loose. It's a haven for queer folks to strut their stuff in hats, boots, and leather fringe, surrounded by the twang of country tunes. The dance floor is alive with line dancing and laughter, creating a safe space where everyone can be themselves. It's not just a party; it's a celebration of authenticity and unity, where queer country lovers can come together and have a darn good time.

“Veronique moved to toronto for its bustling performing arts & live entertainment scenes, but she brought all of the love of nature and community that she grew up with in her lovely hometown of victoria out on the unceded lekwungen land of the west coast!! they’ve been focusing on various styles of social dance ever since graduating from their degree in music theatre: performing brazilian samba for various events around the city, taking dance classes in all kinds of styles under the hip-hop umbrella, and now helping out with teaching line dancing for spurs night: a weekly night of dancing and socializing with the beautiful queer community of toronto!! she’s lived in the annex for the last few years and is happy to be getting to know the community better through the magic of social dance. catch her out on the floor and say hi!”
