Rusted returns for our first queer convergence of the year: Friday, Feb 28 with Brooklyn’s @jcsuperfreak and Toronto’s @marnigurl at @eagletoronto 🔮✨🔮All is revealed below…

Queer magic can’t be contained, and we’re back to bring IT (it’s just what we bring) with the sexiest sounds around and a fresh facelift to boot!

Taking us there is our marvellous party muse SPRFRK, dance floor diva-turned-DJ, and a ray of light amongst Brooklyn’s underground queer rave scene and the Rust Belt queer scene, having headlined multiple queer parties such as Sole Rehab (ROC), Jellyfish (PGH), and Fever (OH). Hailing from Brooklyn by way of Miami, and having shared the booth with artists such as Physical Therapy, SPRKLBB and Midland, SPRFRK’s sets send off an eclectic, flamboyant and high energy house blend of genres and dance floor classics that will lift you up and give you life.

Sharing the night is Toronto nightlife nurturer Marnigurl, a staple in some of the city’s hottest underground parties. An adaptive, cross-genre selector with an emphasis on moody and seductive techno, acidic electro, and fast paced club from across the world, Marnigurl’s selecting focuses on deep cuts spanning from the first generation of Detroit house and techno, to the fresh voices of London, Moscow, Tbilisi, and beyond.

Both SPRFRK and Marnigurl will make their Rusted debut, with SPRKFRK making his Toronto debut!

Come wash away the winter blues and let it all out on the luscious Black Eagle dancefloor, darlings!
